Global Banking Corporation (GBCORP) participated in Bahrain University’s 11th ‘Career Day’ for the second year consecutively. The event was a great success marked by the immense talent and enthusiasm of the young and eager graduates.
‘Career Day’ is an ongoing initiative of Bahrain University. This year’s event was held under the Patronage of Dr. Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi, President of the University, on March 22nd 2010 at the Sakhir Campus.
The program showcased the core business of the participating organizations including GBCORP, highlighting the the organizations, employment opportunities, and allowing students to explore potential future careers from amongst the best, available in the market.
Commenting on the occasion, Ms. Zain Al Shaker, Head of Corporate Communications at GBCORP said, “We are excited to see an increasing number of local initiatives towards personal and career development for Bahrain’s youth such as today’s ‘Career Day’ pioneered by Bahrain University.
