Global Energy Financial Services Co. ("GEFSCO") was established in June 2008 as the energy subsidiary of Global Banking Corporation B.S.C (c) ("GBCORP"), in strategic partnership with the Washington-based leading energy specialist Taylor-DeJongh ("TDJ").

GEFSCO's mission is to originate and structure direct investments in companies and project in the energy sector. GEFSCO will work with investee companies and project to structure investments to meet investor's requirements,including Sharia'a compliance,while maintaining the integrity of the investee's business model.

GEFSCO will act as the advisor to GBCORP on all energy transactions.
