The proposed development will be a self contained waterfront city with extensive residential and leisure components and complementary commercial opportunities. Marsa Al Seef, located on the northern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain, will cover almost 26 million square feet. Reclamation work on the project is currently underway, with infrastructure development set to begin in a phased manner.
